No drops for 3 weeks in Madden 21

Hello

I have not received any drops since Kraelo announced  there was an issue on the Good Morning Madden stream.  With the exception of the Crown Token From 2 weeks ago, I have not received any drops for about 3 weeks. I also missed the Crown Token for last week, and it looks like I will miss another for today. I have tried to follow the directions and unlink and relink my account. I have done this twice and nothing has changed. On top of this, it has been suggested that I file a case on the website. Each time I have tried to do that, it doesn't really allow me to file a case. It just simply says that someone will get on the issue.  I have also been told that I should contact twitch. When I bring it up with twitch, I am told to contact EA. I don't know why there are not any links to phone support to actually talk with someone at EA about this issue. I realize that other people are going through similar experiences. I hope there is some way that, once this is resolved, I can receive the drops that I have missed out on, because I have been watching the streams over the last few weeks. If someone could point me in the right direction to actually talking to someone about this, I would really appreciate it.

    @JPSB1 Seems you need to be twitch prime member to get drops I got one acc gets it with prime and other friends who don’t get it they don’t have prime. Can anyone else confirm?

    @mutmj77   You bring up an interesting point, but I have Amazon Prime. Before I tried to unlink and relink my account, my twitch account Indicated that I was connected to prime gaming, or something like that. Now, that is not included with what I am connected to anymore when I check what I am connected to with twitch, but I have reconnected my Amazon account to twitch. So, I don't know what the deal is. It is very aggravating.

    I have the same issue as you.  The drops are working for most people but there are groups of people like us that still do not have the fix.  Before the issues occurred 3 weeks ago, we were getting drops. Unlinking and Relinking does not seem to work either. 

    EA is aware of the issue but have not fixed it yet.

    @Darshan8801  Thanks. I'm glad I'm not the only one left experiencing this problem. I sure hope there is some level of compensation, but I am not holding my breath.

    @JPSB1 I am holding my breath. For NMS teams, the GMM drops are vital. How can we compete if there are no GMM drops.

    @Darshan8801  I hear you. The items we receive from the drops enable players to convert cards to higher cards, eventually building to items that we want to have on our team.
