In franchise mode, this is just one of numerous problems,
I have reported them all and yet 3 months later NONE of them have been fixed.
I keep reopening the case and it gets closed right away without fixing or no notification on why they keep closing the case.

- i have posted bugs numerous times through the submit bug report. i receive a case number, no response, then it gets closed. last month an ea advisor actually contacted me and told me to post on here. which i did, but still no responses/patches/updates, etc to fix. besides this bug, i have submitted several others. my main one that has not worke since day one is the formation subs do not work. why have that option available if it does not work
