No point offets founf madden 15 ps3

This is getting really ridiculous... I purchased 20 USD in points then was going to purchase 10 more for the ultimate pack and there unavailable... So I wasted 20 USD I wouldn't of spent if these packs were not up. I had posted to this forum the problem was fixed for about 2 days then came back. I don't feel comfortable even spending money on your games online anymore because your servers seem to have too many problems. I run my own servers and have my own company I know they can be complicated but you have huge crews these are minor issues that should not be occurring this frequently. I am highly disappointed that I can not buy the pack. I was questioning of I should of even clicked the 20 USD purchase. With good reason if I may say at this point. Please fix it again PS3 user eagles_rule.
