No sound in Longshot mode, No Commentators during games.
The subject is the problem, I have quit madden, restarted the system, AND reinstalled it and the problem persists. There is background sounds, like getting hit, and in Longshot mode I can only understand what they say if it is in subtitle mode, just mouthing words but no sound.
- Here's how to fix the sound for Long Shot game mode and to hear the commentary while playing Franchise and other game modes. On Xbox One S go to Settings, Display & Sound and then Audio Output. Check and make sure 5.1 or 7.1 uncompressed isn't highlighted. If it is change it to Stereo uncompressed. That should do the trick.
