No Team Captain player - Pack expired?

I've been playing MUT a lot more recently and currently am level 39,  I've noticed my friends having a team captain player but I don't have one in my collection, nor do I have the team captain fantas...

Are you sure you don't have Ricky Williams or Ryan Shazier in your binder or lineup? You should be able to upgrade them.

I have both of those cards but I do not have any of the team captain cards (Ryan Lewis, Shannon Sharpe, Jerry Rice, or Michael Strahan ) And I have 2 team captain upgrade tokens that I cannot apply to anything.  I've done all of the campaign challenges and only realized I don't have one after playing with some friends.
