Summarize your bug When i load up the game, i always go and update the Rosters to the latest version. i do that and start a franchise. the latest rosters don’t fully load into my franchise. most X-Factors degrade to Superstar and all Superstars degrade to having nothing. for example, Mark Andrews is a superstar when you update the rosters out of franchise. when you load into a franchise with the new rosters, it completely take the Superstar away. the same happens to Cooper Cupp and Kyler Murray with their X-Factors plus other players.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Load Madden 22 Series X|S version 2. Click the “NFL” Logo and press “Share and Manage Files” 3. “Load and Delete Files” 4. Click on “Roster” and then load the “Official” Roster 5. Make sure the Rosters are updated 6. Click on “Edit Rosters” -> “Manage Players” and look at Mark Andrews, Cooper Cupp, and Kyler Murray for example. Mark and Kyler has their Superstar and Copper has his X-Factor. 7. Create a Franchise with any team Offline using “Use Active Roster” 8. Use the Ravens for example and use (Player, Coach, Owner) 9. (If Coach) go to “Manage Roster” and if you click on “Depth Chart” and look at the players i mentioned, you’ll see Cooper Cupp and Kyler Murray is stripped completely from X-Factor and Superstar same with Mark Andrews 10. Now click on “NFL Rosters” right under “Depth Chart” and you’ll see Cooper Cupp is a Superstar (Supposed to be X-Factor) and Mark Andrews and Kyler Murray are both Superstars (Which is good) BUT the game stripped their ability’s
What happens when the bug occurs? X-Factors and Superstars on most players are all bugged out with gameplay and visual bugs. X-Factors and Superstar ability’s don’t show on most players. i provided steps above on how to do this yourself
What do you expect to see? i expect to see every player that has a Superstar and X-Factor have their abilities

happens 100% of the time. all and all, it truly kills immersion and gameplay when X-Factor and Superstar abilities don’t appear on players. the game sometimes says they have the abilities but when you go and check, it says they are a X-Factor/Superstar but you have to assign them yourself. the game is supposed to do that for me. i deleted and reinstalled 4+ times since the end of December until now. i want to play so bad but it kills immersion. i can’t assign every single player (Or most) players their ability if EA is supposed to do that for me. i play player careers. i can’t do that if i’m a player….
