None of my EA games are working

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? XBOX One

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug This isn’t really just a Madden problem this is any game i try to play that is published by EA
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t play any games
What do you expect to see? My game(s) that I purchased to work properly

None of my EA games are working. When i try to start them up it just keeps loading. I know this is not a console issue because i can start any non EA game up no problem

    Hey @micilo419. 

    It's definitely strange that it's only happening with EA games. If you haven't already can you try power cycling your Xbox to see if that makes any difference at all?

    I also had this problem with my Madden 20. I power cycled, restarted, cleaned the disc and it still is not working. It has been happening for about a week. I really do not want to get a new disc so is there anything else you could suggest to fix this.

    Hey @CowboysRuleDak07. 

    Are you also playing on Xbox? Is this only happening with Madden 20, or do you see the same issue with other EA games as well?

    Others as well. Anthem ps4, and battlefield 1 xbox 1. Says my ea profile is invalid but everything checks out fine on ea.com.

    That might be something different. I've seen some similar reports recently. Can you try something for me to see if it helps? 

    Go to the Origin website and log into your EA Account there. Mouse over your avatar down at the bottom, then click on EA Account and Billing. When you get to the account management page click on the About Me tab. Scroll down a bit and you should see your connected PSN and Xbox accounts. Click on the Revoke Access button next to these accounts. This won't actually unlink the accounts, but the next time you start up an EA game it should ask you to log into your EA Account in-game.

    That dont work as it dosnt have anything in there

    none of my ea games will connect to online via my xbox 

    ive reset my password like it says no idea why its suddenly doing this

    If you're still having trouble with this I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that account issues are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ.

    Xbox one

    About a week ago, all ea games load , and then just boot out to home.

    Have ea access through 1-18.

    Basically since I downloaded nfs payback, off of game pass

    @Jerina42 After purchasing n downloading nfs heat. Could not play , or get past the loading screen for the first 6 months...multiple deletes and re downloads
