On QB1 mode I have maxed out 3 out of the 4 traits (I guess ill call them) I have 4 skill points but unable to upgrade? I have no idea if its a bug or its maxed out but my other 3 traits have locks next to them and the last one is a 96 but no lock next to it, any ideas on how to fix or is this a bug?

Make a coach in the same franchise, go to rosters, go to your player, select edit player, bump up your speed stats just a little (that's what I did), then go back to your player and use your skill points. It worked for mine.
That’s not going to work in Face of the Franchise QB1 because there is no coaches you can add or edit
@Cooldude1255 and @cooltwou after all your little cutscenes in QB1 are over and you make it to the NFL, your "face of the franchise" operates just like franchise mode. I fixed it in QB1. If you're on xbox, like me, click down on the RS stick when you get to you menu that shows your player with the phone and all that. It'll show your character and "CREATE A CHARACTER". You go in making a coach for another team, go to rosters, go to your player, click on edit, change his ratings for speed and acceleration a little (that's what I did) and then go back to controlling your "player" by clicking RS again and selecting your player. My skill points worked from that point on. You can delete the coach you made as well by retiring him. Then it's back to just having your player. But after the cutscenes are over, your QB1 is just turned into franchise mode as a player.

Doesn't matter, EA doesn't care, I have 53 skill points to spend and in the same position. EA doesn't care, same error from madden 19. enjoy not being able to upgrade. That's Madden for you now.
