Not getting my madden 17 packs

I haven't received my madden packs. I ordered the super deluxe and all I have received are the tickets, but no card packs. What do I need to do???

@Reswitched1 Hi, can you check this post, it details the launch schedule for the packs. Have you gotten zero packs? Perhaps you need to log in every week to get the packs?

  You need to log in to MUT every week to claim that week's pack(s). If an entire week passes and you do not log in you will miss out on those packs.
