The team is aiming to fix this soon in an upcoming update. We unfortunately cannot confirm a date as dates tend to shift due to unexpected issues that can either arise during development or other factors like 1st party certification processes. C'mon now, let's be honest ... if anyone believed his statement, then they don't function in normal society as his comment was clearly sarcasm. However, EA, it should be taken as a serious indictment of how fans of your games are getting increasingly displeased by many facets of your products and your timeliness of customer service. It's now 2021, and EA games seems to be more and more broken as time goes on rather than becoming better, more stable and complete as they years go on. Prices are astronomical for these, quite frankly, unnecessary MVP or HOF or Ultimate versions of games. You shut down servers for games 2, 3 years after a games release with little to no notice - when there is little to no need to be shutting down servers at all. So Mr./Mrs. Community Manager, I would be more concerned with EA's output and performance and finding more suitable, timely and efficient ways to produce a quality product rather than responding to clearly sarcasm comments from frustrated and disappointed fans of your games. If he had stated specific information that was blatantly incorrect, that would be one thing, but his comment was clearly sarcastic for the sake of entertainment value. Remember entertainment value - it's what we should derive from playing video games, not the frustration and disappointment we have to endure from these inferior products as of late.

Not in my case. Tried to get the easiest one (Situational Awareness, Just making one coaching adjustment in the 4th quarter) and It didn't pop up.
Does anyone want to help me try to earn the Bragging Rights and Head-to-Head trophies? We can confirm if the trophies can be earned again.
I wi check it out.. if so.. do I gotta go through the entire Face of the Franchise mode again?
I just tried to get the following trophy:
Throw a passing TD using the low throw mechanic.
Unfortunately, I did not receive it, although I managed to do it.
So it doesn´t seem to work, or do you have to uninstall and reinstall the game ?

Same, nothing seems to work still, tried so many trophies but none of them popped. I mean please EA if you told us that u’ve found a solution for the problem why does this situation still exist? And yes , before you ask me, i’ve downloaded the latest update
I agree, I’ve just tried this and it doesn’t work for me, I think they’ve half fixed it, as I got 1 trophy

I Tried "Situational Awareness" and "Prime time" in a simple exhibition game against the CPU.
Tried dozens of them but none of them popped
@joachim290 no got it yesterday as soon as updated then couldn’t get any others

For situational awareness can you try it via these steps and let me know if it triggers for you in an Online H2H game or Franchise mode game?

Please check your PSN account too to see if you actually got it but it just didn't trigger on the screen for you.
I just played Face of the Franchise and received the "Gain the Role Player rank in Face of the Franchise" trophy.
Furthermore I tried the trophy "Throw a Passing TD using the low throw mechanic" in the Face of the Franchise mode.
Unfortunately, I have still not received this.
As @jrod2510 already says, the trophies work, but not 100% yet. Some appear and others remain unmatched.
I bring some good and bad news too. I earned Situational Awareness while Playing in H2H and when I loaded my Face of The Franchise file as soon as I advanced to the Next Game in the Season three trophies pop Up, that I should have earned before due to my legacy status (Goat).
But I managed to get Comeback City trophy also in Face of the Franchise (losing 30-7 at halftime, winning 35-30 at the end) and It didnt pop Up. It's not in the trophies on PSNetwork also.
Still the same, no trophy lists in the profile, looks not played at game. EA how long will we wait! A month, half a year, or you sell it as DLC!
This game shouldn't be for sale at all!
