Not getting PS4 trophies on Madden 21

@StripClubChopper Since the trophies cannot be awarded retrospectively, they unfortunately have to restart the Face of the Franchise Mode.

@EA_Blueberry First of all, thank you for reporting that you are working on a solution.
Unfortunately the bug is still there and has not been fixed.

For situational awareness can you try it via these steps and let me know if it triggers for you in an Online H2H game or Franchise mode game?

Please check your PSN account too to see if you actually got it but it just didn't trigger on the screen for you. 

@EA_Blueberry Over the course of about 2 hrs today, 03/05/21, I played to do some testing. Here are my results (all times are Eastern Standard, all games Exhibition, Simulation, 1 min quarters)

11:50-12:02 > ON DISC VERSION 1.00, NO UPDATE, I attempted and achieved Move Master and Throwing Dots. Trophy popped, however, game sound dropped out for trophy to pop yet no *ding*.

12:05-12:10 > DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED 13.902 GB UPDATE 1.25. After update, attempted Roster Reshuffle, trophy popped. So, 1/1 on trophy pop since installing update. However, after quitting this franchise, I was kicked from the EA server.

12:21-12:23 > I tried 3 times to reconnect to EA by using the R2 button as instructed on the main menu to no avail.

12:24 > Restarted game, seeming connected to EA

12:37-12:41 > Attempted Situational Awareness. Conditions: PRO, losing the game, middle of quarter, made both OFF & DEF changes, no trophy.

12:51-12:56 > I changed to a secondary profile. Attempted Roster Reshuffle. No trophy. I thought, maybe because this profile isnt on PS Plus? No, that shouldn't matter.

12:57-13:10 > Move Master and Throwing Dots attempted and achieved. Making that 3/5 of trophies popping since update. Again, however, sound dropped out during trophy pop, but no *ding* either. Attempted Situational Awareness, conditions: ROOKIE, winning the game, on OFF, made OFF change before first snap of 4th quarter, trophy popped immediately as it should. (4/6 trophy pop since update.)

13:12-13:27 > I changed back to my main profile. Attempted Situational Awareness. Conditions: PRO, losing game, on OFF, made OFF change. NO trophy pop. Later in 4th, while on DEF, made DEF change, NO trophy pop.

13:28-13:34 > Played another game for Situational Awareness. Conditions: PRO, tie game, on OFF, made OFF change before first play of quarter and trophy popped immediately.

Overall: Since downloading and installing update 1.25, trophies popped when they should have 5 out of 9 times. (Why did Roster Reshuffle work the first attempt, but not the second?) (Why did Situational Awareness not work the first time, but did on the second, and then took 3 additional tries to get it to pop a second time?)

Many of us do not like rap/hip-hop or whatever genre some of these tracks are supposed to be and a lot of this "music" sounds like hot garbage, not "hot fire". Many Madden soundtracks in the past included rock/metal songs, where have those gone? If you're trying to be inclusive in your game and make it enjoyable for everyone, gameplay and sound are two key factors to consider.

@EA_Blueberry After my initial testing on Friday and it's partial results, I am sad to report that later that night, we were playing 1v1 exhibition local coop game and no trophies popped whatsoever (I cant remember what time exactly we were playing as many games were playing on this night.)

Granted, I am only 60% confident that Lockdown Corner should have popped as, to be honest, I am not sure to what extent the game feels a press has been won. I am over 90% sure I should have gotten Unblockable to pop, as I had Myles Garrett and used all moves except for the spin move, multiple times each - trophy did pop. Most disappointingly, I can only imagine how many Celebration Loco yards I had, and am 99,99% positive that trophy should have popped, but didn't. So after the initial 5 of 9 success from earlier in the day, trophy success has dropped to 5 out of 12. Worse off, the other user, couldn't even get Move Master to pop. I tried for them, and was unable to get it to go. Trophy pop succession now drops to 5 of out 13. Though, in fairness, may only be 5 out of 12 due to uncertainty of Lockdown Corner.

So with that, seems as though the sporaticness of trophies popping may also be a Coop problem as well.

Thankfully, for some good news: after continuing on, between 03:12 and 04:12 Saturday 03/06, I was able to pop Stud Finder, Dealmaker, Big Spender, Future of the Franchise and Change of Scenery without any issue whatsoever. So, perhaps at least Coach/Owner mode is working properly.

So over all this brings the trophy pops to an at best 10 out of 17 over the course of this 16 hour period where 2 or 3 Madden sessions were played/tested. Oh, sorry, per my trophy list, I was able to pop Already in Progress at 18:23 on Friday as well. That popped with no issue now that I recall. However, I have not tried any online games with anyone to confirm the status of Head to Head and Bragging Rights.

So, adjusted results, 11 trophies popped when 18, if not 19, should have popped over the course of these 16 hours on Friday 03/05 into Saturday 03/06.
