I hope if you plan to join us on the digital gridiron for Madden NFL 22 you have a far better time, I know the team is fully committed into making their Franchise mode better. Shifting our teams around in the middle of a pandemic wasn't easy, at least for me it was tough to manage my tasks at times with my toddlers asking me for snacks every 30 minutes! I'm proud of what the team was able to accomplish with the changes the world had to adjust to, but that's my personal opinion and know everyone's expectations vary. Your concerns and overall feedback about trophies will be passed along.
On the note about taking down servers. We have a detailed explanation on what goes into that decision making. We still have games that are 6+ years old with servers running strong, it really comes down to the playerbase numbers. We try our best to notify players in advance for server shutdowns. For our recent Madden titles we provided a heads up in advance on this post. If this isn't too far in advance, please share what an ideal time-frame is. Keep in mind though that these decisions are not always planned far in advance because again, it can be determined by player count which can vary month to month, year to year.

Yesterday I managed to get the trophies Unbloackable and Lockdown Corner, then when I tried to get the Roster Reshuffle it didn't pop up. I tried a couple more times and then proceeded to get the other two lasting for me to platinum the game: Dealmaker and Future of the Franchise. No problem getting those either. So I only needed Roster Reshuffle to platinum it now. I tried playing it online and offline, I made all the picks myself once, tried to delete the game and download it again and still I can't get the trophy. It's the only one I need to platinum Madden 21 and seeing that that are a lot of people complaining about not getting trophies just makes me frustrated that I paid for EA Play in the first place. It is not worth it for a Brazilian to play this game online since we have a lot of problems due to the lack of servers in Brazil, and now we can't even platinum the game. If this was a MUT problem, it would already have been fixed.

2) Have you uninstalled the game and then used disc version 1.0?
3) You said "tried to delete the game and download it again" - did you try and it didnt work or did you delete and reinstall?
4) You may just need to try it again, as you stated, Brazil is short on servers.

1) Yes, it said I was playing the latest version of the game.
2) I don't have the disc version, I only have the digital game from PS Store. That's something I wanted to try, but I don't know how to play the 1.0 version cause it seems the game updates by itself. I don't know if I can delete the patches and play the original version when I download it from the PS Store...
3) What I meant was: I deleted the game, reinstalled it, and tried to get the trophy and still it didn't work.
4) I already tried 7 times yesterday and another 4 times today... Chances are I'll just give up, sadly.

I read through this entire thread and it seems many of you have found a solution to the issue. However I recently got this on EA Play, downloaded the game, but no trophies are showing up. None at all. Not sure if it is because I got it through EA Play, but yeah...
