Not getting PS4 trophies on Madden 21

Thank you for the honest feedback and clarity for others that come across your reply. Even though it's not the experience we wanted you to have, it's conversations like this that will absorb to make our games even better. I hope if you plan to join us on the digital gridiron for Madden NFL 22 you have a far better time, I know the team is fully committed into making their Franchise mode better. Shifting our teams around in the middle of a pandemic wasn't easy, at least for me it was tough to manage my tasks at times with my toddlers asking me for snacks every 30 minutes! I'm proud of what the team was able to accomplish with the changes the world had to adjust to, but that's my personal opinion and know everyone's expectations vary. Your concerns and overall feedback about trophies will be passed along. 

On the note about taking down servers. We have a detailed explanation on what goes into that decision making. We still have games that are 6+ years old with servers running strong, it really comes down to the playerbase numbers. We try our best to notify players in advance for server shutdowns. For our recent Madden titles we provided a heads up in advance on this post. If this isn't too far in advance, please share what an ideal time-frame is. Keep in mind though that these decisions are not always planned far in advance because again, it can be determined by player count which can vary month to month, year to year.
