Not letting me advance once completing challenge

Product: Madden NFL 22
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Showdus
Date/time issue occurred 11/2/2021
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Have played ultiverse tower of terror, beat monster crash with 5 stars at least 10 times and won't let me advance, go back to menu and stars are gone.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play tower of terror.
What happens when the bug occurs? takes away my stars and then won't let me advance
What do you expect to see? next challenge

    Hi, @showdus 

    Are you able to complete the challenge if you back out to the main MUT menu and complete it on your first try when you attempt it again?

    I'm having the same issue just on a different challenge and I've tried restarting my game my pc and everything else I could think of and it wont let me complete the challenge after I have met the challenge requirement multiple times.

    I just beat the challenge first try with 5 stars and it still says that i havnt completed the challenge when i select play next challenge.

    I've done the challenge several different times, completing more than 10 times with 5 stars and it wont let me advance or give me credit for the stars even on the first try.

    I am having the same problem and the answer to this question is no for me so please look into fixing it because I want to upgrade my team.

    Date/time issue occurred November 20. 2 pm
    What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
    Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
    Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
    Summarize your bug I have completed Monster Clash in Tug of Warlock about 20 times. I even have the picture of showing 5 stars and when I try to move on it says I can’t. Then o back out and it says I haven’t completed it. Please help
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Won’t let me unlock full moon face off when I complete monster clash
    What happens when the bug occurs? Makes back out and start over again
    What do you expect to see? Fix the error so I can play the next challenge. And it would be nice to get some free cards for all of my troubles

    Summarize your bug Monster Clash MUT Challenge won’t complete after max stars earned.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete Monster Clash MUT Challenge on Intense and complete 3 passes.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Max Stars Earned Prompted - yet unable to proceed to next challenge
    What do you expect to see? The 5 stars I earned. And the ability to proceed to the next ULTI-VERSE OF TERROR Challenge (FULL MOON FACE OFF)
