Not receiving packs
Just spent 50k in coins for an Elite pack and did not receive the pack. Kicked me to the home screen on the game, so I went back into Ultimate team and nothing. Missing 50k in coins and no pack. Seco...
If you don't receive or lost an item or money on your game, only EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.
You need an Advisor to look this with you. Contact with an EA Game Advisor as below:
