Nothing on the main menu will work.
In my madden 21 game trial from EA Play, when the game loads up it will pop up that the EA servers are down(which I have checked multiple times and they are not down) and than says in order to play the EA trial you must be connected to the EA servers, after l get them 2 error messages I get to the main menu and I try to sign into EA and it just disappears and I try to play now and it doesnt work, I try to so any game mode and none will open. So I tried my FIFA 21 game trial and it worked perfectly. PLEASE HELP ME EA. I've tried to delete and reinstall EA play, delete and reinstall madden 21 3 times. My connection is fine, all other EA trial games work. And before this problem, I had the issue where my game wouldn't load. But after a few weeks it started to work.

If you're still running into that same error message can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can get you up and running? First I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well.
