I have been using the raiders offensive playbook for a week now with no problems. Randomly, many of the plays have been deleted from the playbook and I can't get them back. I have tried using other playbooks, but the same plays still come up.

I think I just figured it out. It literally doesn't matter what playbook you have equipped. The game simply goes off of the playbooks you have set in your main settings. I like to use the spread playbook, and I can't find it and have no clue how to get it, but I'm currently using the spread playbook because that's what I have set to in the settings.tldr no matter what team you play for and what playbook you have selected in MUT, change your settings to whichever playbooks you want and they'll show up in game.

I found this to work, however only once. The problem continues with a new playbook change.1. Initial PB is Steelers.2. Change MUT PB to Cardinals. But in game it is still Steelers.3. Change Main Menu PB. Now Cardinals PB in MUT.4. Change PB again, Cowboys this time. But in game, it's Cardinals stuck now.5. Change Main Menu PB to "unstick"6. Repeat.So yes., it does work. But everytime I change PB I have to change it in the Main Menu also. Its constantly getting stuck.

The first two days I had the game, I played with my default offensive playbook (Browns). Then on Sunday my plays were totally different and it's the Saints offensive playbook. I don't even own the Saints book however it was my playbook in M19. The only thing that I did different was delete Madden 19. Ever since then, this happened. Then Monday it changed back to Browns again. Now today it's Saints. I also have not used Saints in any other mode.Last night I went and bought a Ravens, Chiefs and another Browns playbook. I equipped all and nothing happens. It's still is Saints. My line up says Browns however in game it's Saints plays.

I had a similar issue where I kept getting the raiders playbook despite changing it on the team strategy page. I fixed it, however by changing my coach from John Gruden to Matt Nagy on the team visual page as well as my jerseys to the Bears jerseys which then allowed me to use the Bears playbook. I think whatever team’s coach you have on your team visual page is the playbook that it forces you to use for some reason. Hope this helps.

@Bhawkins7 Are you still experiencing this and does it only happen in Solo Challenges or does it happen in H2H games as well?

Hi, I habe the same issue on PS4. No update on my playbooks. offense and defense. I sold my old books and activated different ones. Have to play still with the first ones. Any updates here?

Summarize your bug The playbook remains as 49ers no matter what I do. I have even deleted 49ers playback from my inventory. Ive Deleted and reinstalled madden 20. Even changed my favorite team to chiefs, but it doesn't matter it still shows up as the 49ers. This makes MUT completely unplayable. It also happens in challenges

I figured out how to fix the problem. At the games home screen go into settings then gameplay option and change the playbooks off of team specific. I hope this works for everyone else good luck

Now it is happening in practice mode. No matter what team i play on defense it gives me the 49ers . UGH
