offline experience point or the lack of?

I am playing a offline connected franchise and I am the coach and I went through preseason undefeated and dominated every game and my coach only gained 360 XP points total. How are you ever supposed to be able to upgrade him.

Also I had a WR that had almost 900 yds and 12 TD's in the preseason, I also Game prep him every week and he gained less than 3,000 XP point. How are you supposed to upgrade anyone?

    They could fix this via patch, but EA has yet to even acknowledge that this is an issue.

    They took out most of the Game Prep options on all the consoles, which on the Next Gen consoles is no big deal.  But on the 360/PS3, it's a game killer because they also did not include the same options like dynamic drives to earn XP during the games.  

    At a minimum, they need to put back the Game Prep options from Madden 15 via patch so the 360/PS3 people don't riot.

    Yet another thread that identifies the biggest unaddressed issue in this game.

    EA , when can we expect a fix?
