I'm having the same issue on PS4. I tried everything that was aforementioned and I've removed myself from the League and was readmitted and it doesn't work. One thread I found online an EA supports person said to put the system into "SAFEMODE" then selection "OPTION 5" which was "REBUILD DATABASE". No luck therr either. It only happens in one of the connected franchises though. I can play perfectly fine in all of the others.

4 years agoDo you know if you both have any pending trades, players over the roster limit...anything that stands out as something that could be the factor in causing the bug?
