Online Franchise Disappeared

Me and my friend keep starting up new online franchises to play together in Madden 21 but they keep getting removed or deleted. We’ll start it up and get about a season in and then the next time we get on it’ll be gone randomly. This is the second time in a row it has done this and after investing so much time into them we are starting to get annoyed. Is there a way to retrieve these franchises or prevent this from happening again?
