Can we try running through some other troubleshooting steps to see if we can help get you back up and running? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issue afterward check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.

No changes whatsoever ran thru all of them and still nothing

Kent, I’ve gone through all troubleshooting with the EA help team, from deleting and reinstalling. Deleting all game files from cloud and console. Power cycling console and router. Using different playbooks, coaches, uniforms. I restored licenses and the database of the console with no luck. I’ve had 2 other users with the same issue in the same franchise.

Gotcha, thanks for giving it a shot. You mentioned that some of the people in your league were able to get around it after reinstalling? It's not affecting everyone in the league?

Not all at once, in various weeks it will affect a different user. The only way they can keep their team is if that week is simmed but they don’t get to play. This could potentially happen during the playoffs
