This could mean you have been restricted from playing Online H2H Ranked due to violating the Madden Rules.

I have just consulted with our team regarding the issue. I would like to inform you that we are receiving the similar contacts and many of the players are facing the same issue.
Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of our team who is diligently working to fix it as soon as possible. I would request you to wait for some time till this gets addressed. Though I know nobody likes to wait but rest assured the team is actively working on it and the issue is been addressed on priority.I have the exact same issue. Had the PS5 and Madden for nearly a week now, and I haven't been able to change the greyed out unranked to ranked (and I know I've not been suspended or anything like that). Please help!

Did you purchase your consoles second hand?I'm having this same issue as well,I prefer ordered this game and have played over 200 games a d still can't select ranked!!!
