I have just consulted with our team regarding the issue. I would like to inform you that we are receiving the similar contacts and many of the players are facing the same issue.
Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of our team who is diligently working to fix it as soon as possible. I would request you to wait for some time till this gets addressed. Though I know nobody likes to wait but rest assured the team is actively working on it and the issue is been addressed on priority.

Did you purchase your consoles second hand?

I'm having this same issue as well,I prefer ordered this game and have played over 200 games a d still can't select ranked!!!

Hey, all.
I think there is some confusion here.
When you go to Online H2H to play another opponent, you need to select QUICK MATCH to play a ranked game. If you go to custom game to change the settings on there, it will always be greyed out because it's a "custom unranked game."
In order for the leaderboard to be fair and accurate, all players must play under the same conditions.
