Online H2H Games Crashing

Online head to head games in exhibition and online franchise modes crash shortly after the opening kickoff. Any updates on a fix?

Thanks, I appreciate the details. 

From what I can see the Madden and FIFA servers are up and running, and we're not experiencing any outages at the moment. We need to try some other troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this fixed here. 

First, I'd recommend running through all the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see if that helps at all. If you're still getting the same error after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. 

Let me know how that goes when you have a chance.

I am also having the same issue, 3 plays in and get booted. Always says opponents are having issue connecting to network. 
playing call of duty works just fine

red dead online works great 

just madden and the network connectivity issues .
