Online H2H Games Crashing
Online head to head games in exhibition and online franchise modes crash shortly after the opening kickoff. Any updates on a fix?

From what I can see the Madden and FIFA servers are up and running, and we're not experiencing any outages at the moment. We need to try some other troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this fixed here.
First, I'd recommend running through all the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website to see if that helps at all. If you're still getting the same error after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well.
Let me know how that goes when you have a chance.
