[Online H2H] Gamplay Settings (Team-specific Playbooks) not saving

Man o man, I like the way you broke this down, because man o man the IDENTICAL thing happens to me, ALWAYS Arizona!  and in addition when it does this I lose half my playbook, I use Jets NFL live playbook, when it glitches I lose a ton a plays they just don't exist...I find It impossible EA doesn't know this , it must be punishment for not playing my team and spending money, low key!
