Summarize your bug Every few games my players are invisible and I am forced to kneel the ball over and over until the game crashes and I am given a loss!!! What is being done about this? Can't believe I paid $109 for some BS.

When online head to head is launching I’m getting a weird glitch where my players aren’t on the field and the play calling screen is empty. Anyone else ran into this and know how to fix? Already contacted EA and Microsoft .
