[Online H2H] players invisible when using custom playbooks

when I use a custom offensive and defensive playbook my game makes all my players and plays invisible and kicks me out the game as soon as I choose my player after kickoff https://twitter.com/theb...

I’ve done lost 7 ranked h2h matches over my team disappearing an it starts when your plays don’t pop up. If u don’t call a TO immediately it makes your team disappear an they won’t return the rest the game. It only works about 50% of the times. I’ve saved maybe 5 games by that time out smh really aggravating. I care deeply about my record and I should be 33 -8 but instead I’m 25-15 smh!! Makes me sick it just happened to me again thank god the player was a reasonable player an friendly quick me. Thank u god I prayed for the man bc he saved me another unearned L!! So plz plz @EA 


please fix this wish I had my damn wins an loses gone I’d be too 1,000 on ps4 my gamer tag is xLightShowCrazy thank plz get back with me is it the custom play book or what? Bc I’ve never seen it happen to no one else but me an others on YouTube

    @cocoswo10 I've merged your post to another thread in the bug reports section where other players reported the same issue.

    yes, It seems to be related to custom playbooks. as long as these playbooks do not work, you might have to use standard playbooks, unfortunately.
