Top 100 player here. After Xbox shut off mid match giving me a loss. Rank disappeared. Has dash mark. Please fix and give me ranking number back

It's a game problem.Xbox s next gen here. Same problem. Been unranked since I bought it and can not adjust no matter what. Have a 100 wins just a dash on my ranking never seen a number . Ever! Please fix for it doesn't allow me to enter certain tournaments. Please
