I'm currently having the same issue also I'm still getting comp games against top 20-30 but my rank of 24 is now replaced by a dash and someone else has my rank.
Same issue with me on series x I was playing the trial mode a few days early and the game crashed in a ranked H2H. I got an L and my rank placed with a “-“ sign.

If your rank disappeared please reply back with the following info so we can forward it up to the team for investigation.- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- Platform you play on
- When did your rank disappear (time & date as close as possible)
- Did you quit or disconnect from your last game prior to the rank disappearing?
- Superman Y2K
- Xbox Series X
- I wanna say during evening hours (PDT) on the 18th or 19th. It is possible it occurred earlier than this though.
