Same issue with me on series x I was playing the trial mode a few days early and the game crashed in a ranked H2H. I got an L and my rank placed with a “-“ sign.

If your rank disappeared please reply back with the following info so we can forward it up to the team for investigation.
- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- Platform you play on
- When did your rank disappear (time & date as close as possible)
- Did you quit or disconnect from your last game prior to the rank disappearing?

- I wanna say during evening hours (PDT) on the 18th or 19th. It is possible it occurred earlier than this though.

This has been going on for almost 5 years. They aren't going to fix it. Ive bought Madden every year since 2001. Last year was the first time I didn't buy it, and I'm not buying it this year either unless they fix this issue.....which they won't.
It's been over a week since I left a comment about my online rank disappearing due to the H2H Custom Playbook bug with no response. Is this just not going to be fixed? This major flaw cannot continue to exist since it was created by EA in the first place. I didn't buy a game to not be able to rank up in online play. Even if there is a user work around to get this fixed that would be appreciated. I've played 20+ games to get back to .500 after all the disconnect losses and my rank still has not be restored.

As far as quiting I'm not sure. It could have been disconnected one of those times.
- @EA_Blueberry I haven't been able to see my rank or play solos since the ea play trial. The real grinders are getting screwed and I got the MVP edition. Never again. Playing on PS4. It's specifically this account "Snagneto__" because I was able to start another account and the solos worked. I'm definitely not starting over. I got disc glitched from a game right at the beginning and got a loss.

- Game shut off/glitches out and booted to Home Screen during an online H2H. When I returned to the game and looked at the leaderboards my rank was “-“.

I have had multiple opponents concede defeat against me and none of them are reflected in my online record.
Madden nfl 22 for my Ps5 I lost my ranking (H2H) on the 8-17-21and the game will not allow me to use custom playbook……please fix this my game tag is GIPPSHUTDOWN757 …I paid $99 for this game and it isn’t working ….I will contact the BBB if not corrected soon

I did not quit or disconnect my game.
I lost only 2 games straight up, but because I can't seem to connect to a game I have 25 losses. That's ridiculous. I feel like I just wasted money buying this game. I'm in the top 100 in madden 21.
Mine is still missing. Are we going to get a response?

i beat #6 ranked guy and he quit at halftime either that or y’all had kicked me off server and it dissapeard - Gamertag is sperk_7
