If your rank disappeared please reply back with the following info so we can forward it up to the team for investigation.
- Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
- Platform you play on
- When did your rank disappear (time & date as close as possible)
- Did you quit or disconnect from your last game prior to the rank disappearing?
- Superman Y2K
- Xbox Series X
- I wanna say during evening hours (PDT) on the 18th or 19th. It is possible it occurred earlier than this though.

This has been going on for almost 5 years. They aren't going to fix it. Ive bought Madden every year since 2001. Last year was the first time I didn't buy it, and I'm not buying it this year either unless they fix this issue.....which they won't.
It's been over a week since I left a comment about my online rank disappearing due to the H2H Custom Playbook bug with no response. Is this just not going to be fixed? This major flaw cannot continue to exist since it was created by EA in the first place. I didn't buy a game to not be able to rank up in online play. Even if there is a user work around to get this fixed that would be appreciated. I've played 20+ games to get back to .500 after all the disconnect losses and my rank still has not be restored.
Because here's a big point. I can't play Franchise because it's missing a key component to this year's game and I'm waiting on that update. I'm fine with waiting if I can play an actual online experience with an online ranking. Otherwise, there was no point in me buying this broken game. EA really needs to figure out a way to fix this problem instead of ignoring it. You can't expect people to buy a game and not give them functional, finished product.
