Hi, Madden Community.

If your rank disappeared please reply back with the following info so we can forward it up to the team for investigation.

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform you play on
  • When did your rank disappear (time & date as close as possible)
  • Did you quit or disconnect from your last game prior to the rank disappearing?

  • When did your rank disappear (time & date as close as possible): Sept. 26
  • Did you quit or disconnect from your last game prior to the rank disappearing? I had a lot of disconnecting using a custom playbook.
