Online H2H w/friend Using Custom Rosters or Draft

Hello everyone,

My friend and I are trying to figure how, if possible, we could each pick a team and then draft the players of our choice off of all of the other NFL rosters, and finally use those new drafted roster in head to head games against each other online.

This is something we used to do years ago in Madden, before online, when we lived near each other and  one of us went to the others house.  Back then we would just do everything through manage rosters/trade players, but of course we were both there and on the same system.

We haven’t been able to find a way thus far to do that or something similar, online.

If there is a way, either by creating custom rosters like we used to do, or perhaps a mode that lets the two of us draft players (but just the two of us, not with AI picking for the other 30 teams) we would both greatly appreciate anyone letting us know how to go about doing so.
