Online Madden 22 Franchise mode between ps4 and ps5

I am currently trying to play an online franchise with my friend. He has a ps4 and I have a ps5. When I try to invite him into my league he does not show up on my friends list. How can I play with my...

    I can see it here. You need to click on the PS4 button in the upper left.

Hi there, @Tmoney4124 

Are you using the PS4 version on your PS5? There is no cross-generation play so both of you need to be on the same version. If you pre-ordered, you should have the Dual Entitlement that lets you play both the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game.

    Hi @EA_Aljo ,

    I did not preorder madden, I only bought it when it came available on the PlayStation store. Is there a way to obtain the ps4 version to allow me to switch between versions to play with my friend? When I look in my game library it says the game is ps4/ps5 but I am unable to switch between versions.

      In that case, you'd need to purchase Madden 22 for PS4. It's also included with EA Play so you could subscribe to it to get access.

        Hi @EA_Aljo ,

        Can you please confirm that Madden 22 ps4 version is available for purchase on the PlayStation store? I am not seeing it when I search for it. I only see the ps5 version I have purchased.
