Well they've been "aware" of it since at least last year because I have been following these posts on this site in hopes to find a fix! This happened on madden 17 to me and it just happened to me AGAIN on madden 18! How in the hell can they not have this fixed by now??? Unless they just don't care

Same here I thought it was fixed then my rank disappeared yesterday after opponent quit on me. Its all I play so I'm very upset.

When will this be fixed? I need a refund this has been going on for so long and it's obvious your team doesn't have line of site to addressing this issue

This is hog wash. This issue has been reported since the release date and it's happening across platforms. EA has no ETA and a pretty much blowing us off about it.

Yep, happened to me today. Another link says EA solved the issue, but they just mark it solved when it's not because, well, it's EA.
