Online rank disappeared

Still having this problem as well.  I have tweeted them as well with 0 response.  Why do I keep paying for these games and they completely ignore problems.

EA dont be like the rest of the * sports games out there. WE GET IT. You have a monopoly on NFL, but to hose your loyal users is just gonna cause a downward spiral... Bunch of peeps dont buy 2k games anymore cause of this bunk. Get real. You want us to play MUT bc you invested so much into it and prolly get a lot of $ from it. im 22 games over 500 i regularly beat people ranked in the top 500 everyday most recently beat someone ranked 153 and 123 and i have no rank also see players ranked with worse records then me. what is the problem with the ranking system??????
