Is anyone else having trouble Pre-Loading Madden 21 on Origin? I received the email and the notification inside the origin app, but every time I try to Pre-Load I get the "We're sorry, Origin was unable to download your game" message. Any tips on how to fix this?
im having the same problem too even when i uninstall and reinstall it gives me playableatstr on the image
Same, I've restarted my computer and checked for windows update and I'm still having the same error.
I am getting the same error. The past 2 hours now, with no reply back from Origin or any other post's about it.
I guess we are the only 4 people in the world with this issue lol
Confirm that I am getting the same error as the reporter in this thread, tried logging out, rebooting, and nothing has worked. Download was live at 12:00 CDT for me, but after over 3 hours still no luck in starting the download. Submitted bug report but no response yet.

Hey @EA_Cade , it is working as intended now and the download is going smoothly. Quick question though, is the entire game only going to be 33.02 GB? Just wondering if there will be another update once I can play with Premier Access, or if you smashed it out of the park with optimization this year. Thanks!
