What's the work around for people having the issue in online franchise mode? I've been reporting this issue for months and no reply. I have a 32 man league and if someone gets fired, leaves, etc. It doesn't allow us to add anyone else. It gives them that error message. Also, it booted my head commish account but I was able to get a co commish to add me back but the other account is someone still the head commish even tho it's not showing on a tm or in the league. How can we fix this?
Community ManagerIs there a way to remove the other account as the head commish? We have a draft coming up and it's not possible to do the draft without head commish power to skip people not attending. That would take forever.
Community ManagerI have tried all the following methods of troubleshooting. I still cannot get my account to be able to play solo challenges and play squads games. Furthermore, I have spent countless hours and money on this game. It is beyond frustrating that I can't play, and I'm infuriated that I spent an hour with the support team and I have not gotten anywhere. Can you please help me figure out a solution to this error, or at least give me back x amount of coins or packs or madden cash on another MUT account so I don't have to lose my MUT account? It really does not seem like you guys try to provide a terrific experience to all players that my support helper seemed to mention.
