Is there a way to remove the other account as the head commish? We have a draft coming up and it's not possible to do the draft without head commish power to skip people not attending. That would take forever.

Our Support team does not have the ability through their tools to make changes to franchises. :\

    I have tried all the following methods of troubleshooting. I still cannot get my account to be able to play solo challenges and play squads games. Furthermore, I have spent countless hours and money on this game. It is beyond frustrating that I can't play, and I'm infuriated that I spent an hour with the support team and I have not gotten anywhere. Can you please help me figure out a solution to this error, or at least give me back x amount of coins or packs or madden cash on another MUT account so I don't have to lose my MUT account? It really does not seem like you guys try to provide a terrific experience to all players that my support helper seemed to mention.

      Buddy I have the same problem, tried many things time and time again😭, emailed and everything and tried to figure things out but have gotten no where, I as well spent money no this game and a lot of time, I’m sorry it has happened to you too man

        @CJ0654 This is ridiculous. I am sorry you have to deal with this too. Of course, we are supposed to have an "impeccable" gaming experience, but who knows when we will get a reply back. In the meantime, I guess I have to start from the ground up. SMH

      @Thunder12378910 I feel you I have tried everything I spent $150 on the game just for the server not to work like this is really frustrating

      So I was having the same issue and was trying everything but I found something that worked for me, I went on another account and went into a solo challenge when i got in I switched to my account that wasn’t working and acted the challenge it put me back in the main menu but this time when I went into mut it worked

        Did you recently remove that Gamertag you played on from an EA account? If so, by logging back into the game with that removed Gamertag would force you to link it to a new EA account which helps fix this error.
