I just came in from the weekend. Would you be able to screenshot me all the roster tabs for your account? The offense, defense, special teams, strategy, etc.
I'll need to check your roster list to see what could be causing this error. I've seen some players spotted in multiple positions before that has to be manually adjusted.

Hi, I am having a similar issue right now. I can not get into madden22 ultimate team. Keep getting error message "our servers cannot process your request at this time.

Do you remember what you last did prior to this error popping up?
Are you able to go into Superstar KO and completed a game there and then try entering into MUT? Which platform do you both play on? - 4 years ago
I play on Xbox one s and I am having the same issue. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I’m getting pretty frustrated since I’ve tried every method to fix this issue and none have worked. Any solutions?

Same here...cant play solo challenges or squads. Of course, no solutions after deleting game and all other suggestions.

I've been having the exact same issue for like a week or 2 now. I've tried everything, deleting and reinstalling the game, restarting my xbox, restarting the game. Idk what else to do

When you change your team to to BEST OVR with a new lineup tool and do not make any adjustments afterwards do you notice a player accidentally put into multiple starting positions? - 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry No, only at kick return and punt return and only on specialist positions

I see you have Jack in two starting positions in your first picture.
Go to the lineup tool and sort by best OVR. Save it as a NEW lineup. Then go to the tab and remove Jack from one of those positions.
Also, DO NOT make any changes to your lineup. Do not add backups, etc.
See if you can play a challenge right after that. If not, go back and try changing out your strategy, coach, playbook, and uniform. I've seen some of those items cause temporary lineup corruption. When you are able to successfully able to play a solo then go back and make changes you need to your lineup. - 4 years ago
After almost an hour of switching coaches uniforms playbooks etc the error still comes up.

Do you also play on the other version of the game? (Gen 4)
If so, try loading up that version and repeat the steps there. Some players will also get the MUT Undefined error because of starting House Rules, Seasons, or Solo Battles on the other version when games still need to be played. - 4 years ago
I don’t have gen 4 or any other version other than xbox 1.

Exactly the same issue for me. I can't get into anything at all. All the game options disappear and I get the error message. This is ridiculous.

How many custom lineups do you have saved? Would you be willing to delete all the custom lineups to see if that helps get around the error? - 4 years ago@EA_Blueberry I have three i’ll delete them and see if that helps

I cannot play any MUT challenges, solo battles, play a friend etc. Error: EA servers cannot process your request at this time. Enailed EA 3 days ago with zero response.

I have generated new lineup, turned off xfactors, changed out visuals and strategy items.
