Packs are a scam - want full refund or equal value

EA Tiburon,

This is my first attempt to contact EA in regards to the following:

Ive started playing MUT this year and have actually spent real life money in packs. The most recent purchase was for enough points to get a Legend Bundle and regular packs. During this pack opening, like all my other purchases, i have gotten nothing in high value nor have I gotten players i desired. This is a problem others have as well.

Being that there are not odds listed, like Trading Card companies are required to provide. I feel like im being scammed, that you are not being ethical with your current model, and there is no fairness provided - fair trading.  For all we as the consumers know, is that there could be 1 Elite per 10 thousand pro packs, 1 legend player per 10 million legend packs etc etc.

I feel the either a full refund is warranted or something i would would consider fair value for all money spent; such as specific players i've been desiring and a specific number of MUT coins.

If there is a contact for the legal department, please feel free to leave it here in this thread if we cannot resolve this matter here
