Pass interfence is legal huh?
Why do they not call pass interference? Running into a receiver 5 or more yards downfield is pass interference and they can run into you move you off route but it's only called if they hit tackle but...

@Reece692112Do you mean pass interference, illegal contact, or defensive holding?
The reason I ask is because it's only Pass Interference when the ball is in the air; where illegal contact can be called when the contact happens more than 5-yards beyond the line of scrimmage, and defensive holding can be called anywhere the receiver is held (illegally) on the field. Pass interference is a spot foul, while the other two are both 5-yards and automatic 1st down.
In Madden, you have to be playing on 'Simulation' mode for some penalties to be called. If you're playing online, the game is set to 'Competitive.' On competitive, PI isn't called unless the defender tackles the receiver with the ball in the air.

Here's a video of some unacceptable stuff that happened to me in the 4th quarter of a game this year... All within the final 20 seconds of the game.
I was HOT... Posted to EA's Madden forum and hopefully, they are working to patch in a challenge system that works.
