Pass Rush Elite and Secure Protector Training Refund

Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community,

Earlier in the year, the MUT Development Team noticed that some players on PS4 were able to put the Pass Rush Elite Ability on various players. This ability should not have been available players based on ability unlock requirements. Later today, the MUT Development Team will be doing the following related to this ability:

• Removing the Pass Rush Elite Ability from existing player items in game on player that should not have gotten them based on their unlock requirements
• Refunding the full training amount for the Pass Rush Elite ability and adding an additional 20%. (1,500 Training + 20% = 1,800 Total Training)

Also, during the August Title Update, there was an impact to the Secure Protector Ability. After much discussion, we have chosen to refund the training for anyone who had purchased this ability prior to the Title Update. Players that purchased this ability should receive the following:

• Refund of the full training amount for the ability (750 Training).

The above training refunds will be going out later today. We will update this thread once the customer service grants have been processed.
