Summarize your bug When entering Franchise mode, none of the controller inputs register. I can only use the keyboard. This doesn't occur until I load my Franchise mode, and does not happen in other modes. Alt+Tabbing doesn't work. I am using a wireless Xbox One controller.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start Madden with a Xbox One wireless controller turned on and navigate using the controller to a loaded Franchise. The controller will no longer work as soon as the Franchise loads. This was not an issue when I downloaded the game on 7/24.
What happens when the bug occurs? The controller does not register. Only the keyboard registers.
What do you expect to see? The controller should work.
