[PC] game-breaking bugs using Keyboard and Mouse

Summarize your bug I use a keyboard and mouse with an MMO mouse configured to make the game playable. I got used to this in Madden 21. Basically, there are game-breaking pre-snap complications. I cannot adjust plays, I cannot adjust defensives, I cannot quickly snap the ball, I cannot hide the plays shown pre-snap AND I cannot switch players pre-snap in defense.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Select any modes, I recommend going to Play Now 2. Play the game as usual but with Keyboard and Mouse 3. If you managed to experience this as I do, you'll see pre-snap plays. Try to hit the CTRL button and it'll go back 4. If you're on the defensive, try to switch with the player on the F key
What happens when the bug occurs? The presnap persists. If you keep clicking it, it'll go back instead of allowing you to hide the play. It's annoying.
What do you expect to see? Hide the play and allows you to prepare pre-snap on offensively and defensively

Hi, guys! I am currently on a 10-hour trial run, however, there are some game-breaking bugs that are keeping me from playing or buying this. I mainly use Keyboard and Mouse since I got used to it from Madden 21. I cannot adjust plays, I cannot adjust defensives, I cannot quickly snap the ball, I cannot hide the plays shown pre-snap AND I cannot switch players pre-snap in defense.

What is going on?
