Your audio/motherboard drivers are way out of date, download and install any available updates from your manufacturers website.
Check also that your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output.
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply @EA_Barry . I hadn't thought to check motherboard drivers. Unfortunately, these are the most up-to-date as provided by Asus. Link here:

And I do have the monitor plugged into the gfx card.
Seems strange that I was able to play the trial assuming the hardware requirements are the same?

Was hoping for any further comments. Ideally around what processing takes place 2-4s after boot that could cause an application CTD, with no Windows Events.
And why the trial worked 5 months ago. So far the game I have purchased is unplayable, so pretty serious compared to some other issues.
Is this under investigation?

Tried to play Fifa 22, but the servers are down (nice).
Fired up Madden 22 for kicks, and was able to get a crash dump (it hung, didn't crash).
Do you guys offer a bug bounty at all? Seeing as apparently i'm the only developer looking at this issue, and I don't even work for EA.
