Play Art/UI not showing up when pressing buttons - PC

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:PC
Which console generation do you have?
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Immortal_Stark
Date/time issue occurred 7/24
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Play Now
Summarize your bug The LT or RT does not display the Play Art, as well as the Kickoff or Field Goal does not show any meter and results in terrible kicks all the time. I also notice when this happens, the icon that shows where the ball is landing on a kickoff does not appear as well. I have only managed to get it working for one drive but then it stops working for the rest of the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into any game (I was in Play Now and Practice)
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to see the play you picked on the field using the play art buttons. (LT or RT when using Xbox One controller for PC)
What do you expect to see? I would like to see my play art when I press the LT or RT before snapping the ball.

    Same for me. Terribly annoying. I figurred out that a workaround is to minimize the game when the bug appears and go back to fullscreen afterwards. Does that work for you?

    EA_Blueberry: Marking workaround fix as a solution for visibility reasons only. Information on this has been passed to the Madden team

    EDIT: Try switching to FXAA in MSAA settings to get around this UI issue.

    Can you provide us the following in this post:

    • DxDiag so we can gather information on your system specifications
    • Screenshot of this in game

    This is happening for me in every game I play. In franchise mode in the 4th qtr the kicking meeting always is gone, for field goals, extra points, kick offs, and punts. I have lost way too many games from this horrible glitch. Playing on a ps4. What do I do? Game is crap when I lose because of this....

    If the kicking meter isn't showing up for you in-game at all during a kick, please go to this post where we are gathering information:

    If the kicking meter shows up and then slowly fades away, that is not a bug FYI. That is to simulate being iced.

    How is this issue still not fixed??? Happened to me on PS4 in a franchise game in the 2nd quarter & didn’t return for the remainder of the game... this is now 2 games in a row in which this has happened in some capacity... this issue completely makes the game unplayable because I’m losing points on fg’s & xp as well as constantly giving the opposing team great field position late in the game because it’s going out of bounds... PLEASE HELP!!

    Wow.  So after siftting through 5 links on different posts i finally get here where I can comment.  The first post was apparently from madden 15, yet is the first option that shows up on Google 

    I see responses about PC, and even a small section on PS4.  Not a word on Xbox 

    What the hell is this nonsense?

    And how in the hell is it possible that you've had a glitch for 5 years in a row, that you haven't been able to fix?

    Too busy programming extra microtransactions rather than fixing insane bugs, huh ea.  Greedy bunch of *.
