    Just a quick update - I removed my 2nd controller and have played a few games without issue.

    Would be nice to be able to charge my 2nd controller while playing though.  Madden is pretty much the only game I play

    If at some point this issue could be addressed that would be very much appreciated

Good to know unplugging it helped! Is that an official PlayStation controller you're charging?

    Yes.  It was a genuine Sony controller and usb cable
