    I should've updated this last week when I got mine fixed, but simply got busy.  Apparently this bug isn't ALL bad.  After suffering through a week of not being able to use my playbook I purchased (which has dropped drastically in price of course) I tried a few things.  Both of my buddies, who are also playing on a disc on PS4, had no issues with there purchased books.  We even traded and they then had no problems using the one I purchased so the issue is certainly on my account.  I then went into the global Madden settings from the main title menu/Settings.  At the top of the Game Options page, I selected the offense AND defense I wanted and it turned out to apply BOTH in my MUT game.  

    While this bug certainly sucked at first, I can now use it to my advantage and have free playbooks (whichever ones I want)... at least until they fix the bug.  Take your time EA!

Summarize your bug I can’t switch my playbooks when I equip them in mut I have to go in main menu settings and switch the playbooks there
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On my account I can’t equip new playbooks
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t equip new playbooks
What do you expect to see? I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SWITCH PLAYBOOKS IN MUT

@ogbennajos518 I see numerous ppl with the same issue and I see no fixes. Anyone know how to fix?

    So to change my MUT playbook, I have to change my global playbook? Had this issue and just stuck with my default playbook. Now I can change playbooks, but I could potentially go to whatever teams playbook in MUT without actually owning it. On PC BTW.
